Mark Marcus, M.A.
Mark Marcus is a business professional with 20 years of experience in leadership and management. In the beginning, Marcus established his professional career in the restaurant business where he began to mold his management and leadership skills. Marcus started at the bottom and rose through the ranks of major restaurant corporations like McDonald’s, Panchero’s, and Chick-fil-A. He held operational positions including, District Assistant Manager and Marketing Director.
Throughout Marcus’ career, he’s always fed his desire to work with students and has served with organizations like Young Life, Student Life, and many others. Marcus’ servant leadership has helped him develop a passion for the youth and young adults, which drives him to use his resources for their betterment.
Marcus resides from Gainesville, FL where he graduated from Gainesville High School. Then in 2011, he obtained his Associates in Arts (A.A.) from Daytona State College. Marcus earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with the major of Accounting from Stetson University in 2014. In addition, Marcus went on to receive his Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Management and Leadership from Liberty University.
Currently, Marcus is a Higher Ed. Professional as Professor of Business and Leadership Facilitator. In addition, Marcus has a Chapter Advisor for the Delta Upsilon Chapter (Stetson) of the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity (PIKE), of which he also sits on the Advisory Board as the Chairman. Marcus also serves as a Player Consultant for Stetson Athletics, where he advises and mentor student-athletes in leadership and personal development. When Marcus is not teaching and leading, he enjoys being a movie analyst/critic for IMDb and competes in bowling.
Kimeca Caine
Mom and entrapanure is my title, Kimeca Caine is my name. I introduce myself this way because just a few years ago I could not have answered: who is Kimeca.
I am freelance Graphic Designer and the CEO of Creative Roots Design Studio where we strive to meet all of our customer's creative design needs. My love of creating also guided me into the world of cosmetology where I have been Crafting my Stylist brand, Kinks Coils & Waves for the past 11 years.
Being a past member of the honors society Phi Theta Kappa, Global Friends, and the student News Paper prepared me for my role in the Calling a Few Good Men movement, Sisters Build, the Four Towns Optimist Club and the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce of Volusia County.
Sean King
Sean King, born in Kingston Jamaica raised in Money Earning Mount Vernon, shaped in the rural area of Deltona Florida, and sharpened in the Mecca of Atlanta Georgia. Sean was the first graduating class of Deltona High School in 1990 and a recipient of the NAACP Youth Scholarship. He later took his talents to Morehouse College, DeVry University, and Keller Graduate School, Receiving a Finance, Business and Master’s Degree. Sean progressed quickly in his career taking Management roles in Fortune 100 companies such as Delta Airlines, Chiquita/Fresh Express, and CardinalHealth. Sean is Currently a working for Edgewell Personal Care in Ormond Beach Florida. A self-claimed “True Yadie” Sean started BASWOK Consulting (Assisting in Business Start-ups), Founder of MAN-UP mentoring program, Vice President of the West Volusia NAACP, Mentor for Catalyst Program.
Sean lives by the verse Philippians 4:12. “I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength”
Vaughn Young
Vaughn Young is a longtime youth advocate, career coordinator, reentry specialist, and Manhood Empowerment Coach who has dedicated his work to assisting boys and men to pin point their purpose. Growing up in Miami -Liberty City, Florida, Vaughn knows firsthand the challenges of facing incarceration as a minor and then later an adult and navigating the world of reentry post-incarceration.
Vaughn is the founder of the Manhood Empowerment Nation (MEN) an international movement to restore and re-image the roles that men play in the healing of our families and communities. Dreams Rebranded Employment Apparels for Men (D.R.E.A.M.) is an initiative of the Manhood Empowerment Nation providing professional career coaching, interview training, business attire, and follow-up workforce support to men actively seeking employment or entrepreneurship. His current educational studies at Springfield College is in Human Service and Community Youth Development and Leadership. Vaughn lives in Naples, Florida where he and his wife of 19 years raised their three children.
Tina Felix
Tina Felix is a Florida native currently residing in Daytona Beach. She graduated from Spruce Creek High School and is a Keiser University alumni; where she received her A.S. in Accounting, while maintaining a spot on the Dean's List. Tina is a mom of four boys and her passion is organization. Organization of time, space, numbers, thoughts, ideas, goals, future planning...because she believes that being organized gives you the confidence and discipline that it takes to be successful...at whatever endeavor you are taking on!
Eddie Molina
Eddie Molina was raised in Orlando after moving there from Puerto Rico at age 8. Eddie joined the US Army immediately after graduating high school in 1997 and served just over 20 years before retiring in 2017. During his service as a personnel officer Eddie was recognized with many accolades to include the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.
Eddie currently serves on the Volusia County Children and Families Advisory Board and volunteers with multiple civic organizations. He is also working on his Masters in Business Administration at Stetson University.
